Process
When you contact us to build a website, we’ll ask you to look around the web and find some sites you like and some you don’t. We’ll also ask you to gather all of your information and jot down the things you’d like to see featured on your website. After sketching out some ideas on paper, we’ll create two design compositions (comps) based on your content and features. We’ll work together to perfect the design to your taste, and then we’ll build your site.
Ecommerce
The sky is the limit for what you can do with your Full-service Web Solution. You may be wanting to set up an online store where you sell goods or services straight from the internet. If you have a storefront on the web, you can even manage your inventory and customer base with the software on your website. We will train you on the proper use of your software as part of your Ecommerce Package.

A Note About Ecommerce

Setting up your website to sell products requires a more significant investment than the average website. Ecommerce generally adds a minimum of $1500 to the base cost of your website. Not only do we use top-of-the-line ecommerce software to run your site, we also set up your merchant account as an authorized dealer for Authorize.net and purchase an SSL license so that payments can be processed securely from your site. (Don’t get too worried here--we will guide you through this process and take care of getting the SSL for you.) Your merchant account will incur monthly fees, and the SSL will incur annual fees. You may also have unexpected issues arise that are natural with increased functionality, so you can anticipate continued expenses, though usually minor, throughout the lifetime of your ecommerce website. It’s kind of like running a store. Even cyber space is not immuned from routine maintenance costs, but it’s a whole lot cheaper than renting retail space.
