Discover Altus
The Altus Association of REALTORS® desired to create a website that would be the number one destination for home-buyers relocating to and/or within the Altus, Oklahoma area. By incorporating the Multiple Listing Service listings of all real estate properties on the market, launching an advertising campaign for local businesses, and providing links and community information for all the surrounding cities, we did just that. The Association chose to use a Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) feed to import the property listings into the content management system that runs part of the website. The listings are automatically updated throughout the day, so home-buyers and REALTORS® have the latest information at their fingertips.
The DigiFix worked closely with the Altus Association of REALTORS® Marketing Committee and Board of Directors to establish an online presence that would raise the standard of excellence for online real estate directories in Altus. Together we created a site that is easy to navigate, search-engine friendly, and beautifully displayed. The DigiFix also worked one-on-one with each advertiser to custom-design each advertisement to meet the graphic standards desired by the Association. It was a win-win situation for both the advertisers and the Association.
In addition to designing and creating the website and advertisements, The DigiFix also designed the logo for the Association to use in all of its published materials.
